  • Trainers love Matched because they can:
    1. Replace or supplement their current income through offering 1:1 sessions
    2. Make the process of booking and managing calls easier with Matched’s scheduling, payment and accountability tools
    3. Manage their existing community to run higher quality sessions

  • Matched will review and provide an update on your application typically within 24-48 hours.

    Due to the early nature of our platform we’re currently approving Trainers based on the needs of our Learners.

    As our Learner base expands we’ll open up the mix of our Trainer pool and keep all Trainers who have applied updated along the way.

  • You can run as many 1:1s as you like. There are no minimums or maximums. We have some Trainers that offer one or two hour per month and others that offer 50+ hours per month. To make things even easier, you must confirm the match with your Learners from a request and can find another time if required.

  • Trainers are typically charging between $200 to $500 per hour for 1:1s. We recommend taking your hourly rate and adding 10% extra to allow for reviewing a Learner’s prep.

  • Yes you can! We recommend you creating a chemistry call that’s free and then charge for future 1:1s.

  • You don’t need to pay to set up your 1:1s. We want our pricing to be as fair as possible so we take a 10% platform fee on any Learners who book from your profile and 20% on any who book from recommended matches.

  • At the end of a 14 day period Matched will payout the 1:1 revenue you have generated into a nominated bank account.

  • Learners are asked to select 5-6 times so this is rare. However, you can confirm a new time with the Learner in 1:1 Messages. Once you’ve updated the time a Learner’s payment will then be processed and the 1:1 confirmed.

    Note for beta: Matched will process this manually for you so message in product if a Learner request doesn’t have an available slot.
