  • Matched Super Groups are an accelerator to close the gap from where you are to where you want to go, quicker. Learn from a diverse mix of experienced trainers and connect with a small cohort of fellow learners, and access the experience and community you need to succeed.

  • Super Groups consist of multiple Master Trainers coming together with the purpose of supporting a specific goal from multiple angles.

  • No. This is a group cohort so is designed to be intensive and part of the value is going on the journey together.

  • Yes! Your company usually has an allocated L&D budget to expense or claim your Super Group on.

  • No, once locked in the Trainers begin planning so refunds aren’t available.

  • Mentoring is 1:1 focused, free and live.

    Coaching is 1:many focused, priced between $1-2K per session and live.

    Training is 360-degrees with 1:1 and 1:many sessions, freemium and both live & async.

    This flexible learning model allows for everyone to be both a Learner and Trainer.

  • Matched is the place to build your community of advisors in work and life. A socio economic equaliser, matching Learners with Trainers based on shared interests so people of all backgrounds can reach their goals of a new role, industry transition, or even running a half marathon, faster.

    Matched closes the knowledge gap between who you know and where you want to go. Through multiple modes of learning including 1:1, groups and content, Learners from all industries, seniority and backgrounds (DEIB) have the opportunity to access the expertise needed to help them achieve their next personal or professional goal. In time, Learners can also become Trainers and make a second income on Matched.

    This virtuous circle of plus (learning from), equals (learning with), minus (teaching) celebrates the reciprocal role of learning.
